Company policy

What is your delivery policy?

We ship from Lithuania to Spain, but please do not hesitate to contact our sales representatives for worldwide delivery; we will be happy to offer you some shipping rates. The delivery time for all items is 2-8 weeks.

Do you build houses?

From small garden houses to residential wooden houses, we have a wide variety of products. While these models are easy to build, you might want to add something extra: an assembly service. This will be useful if the construction is larger and more complex, or if you don't want to spend your free time doing it yourself. Do not hesitate to contact our sales manager when you make a purchase, while you are waiting for delivery or after you have received it.

Do you offer a warranty?

As far as the warranty period is concerned, we offer a 10-year warranty (protection against rotting) on all our products and a 5-year warranty on our windows and doors. Warranty conditions (which will not apply in the following cases):- The installation base was insufficient: all buildings must be constructed on solid, level foundations that correspond to the exact dimensions of each booth.- The product was not built in accordance with the assembly instructions supplied with the purchase, or assembly by the purchaser or a third party service.- The product has not been refurbished or altered in any way since delivery. - No approved cutting treatment has been applied to any wood that has been treated immediately after handling (sawn, drilled or drilled).- The product has not been coated after assembly (internally and externally) and has not been coated annually (internally and externally) with an 80-120 micron oil-based preservative or paint.- The building has never had any direct contact with plants , trees or exterior walls since it was completed. Moisture can then penetrate the wood and cause it to rot.- The complainant did not buy the product from the beginning.- The roofing or cladding has failed or been incorrectly installed, allowing moisture to enter and accumulate.- The product was not assembled within two months of delivery.- The product was not kept dry until assembly.- When doors or windows have expanded or contracted due to the natural characteristics of the wood, hinges have not been replaced.- There has not been adequate ventilation. The humidity level in the room should not exceed 50%.- Force majeure circumstances (e.g. flood, storm or fire). Remember that wood is a natural product that changes over time, including movement, deformation, cracking and splitting, especially under extreme conditions. weather conditions. However, as this will not affect the strength of the product, the warranty does not cover this natural phenomenon.

How to order?

We recommend that you contact our sellers to discuss your requirements and receive a quotation that includes the desired product, accessories, price estimate and payment terms. You can then place your order online and pay for it. Based on the agreed product, quantities, price and payment details, our sales manager will be happy to place the order and start the payment procedure for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

There are two payment options when purchasing our products and they are as follows: full payment (100%) in advance or deposit (20%) + shipping costs and the balance on delivery.

What is your return policy?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days before or after delivery and receive a deposit or a full refund of the order price, depending on the amount paid. Deposits for personalised goods are non-refundable and become the property of Satus Baltic.
